If the culture of the organization is “ I am the boss, I know everything, just do as I say” …. There is no innovation. If the culture is “ I don’t give a damn of the customer, he has no choice , he will have to buy at whatever rate I give or whatever time I give “… there is no innovation. The value proposition is that we are here to serve the customer, we are here to fulfil a need of the society, we are here to take away some pain point being felt by the people, and then there is innovation.

Many times a single person or a very small group will be battling the issue keeping the rest of the stakeholders in the dark. Mostly, the response to solve the problem is either is too late or too little.

Many times employees will not come out with a solution thinking that it is not their job or out of fear that if their suggestion is brought out and not properly implemented it might cost them their job or definitely their chances of promotion or pay hike. So why take a risk?
